Thanks to a robust and durable mechanical and hydraulic system, a precise CNC-controlled backgauge with ball screw, as well as a user-friendly CNC control unit, our shears are highly efficient production machines. Shears for sheet thicknesses from 6 mm to 20 mm and cutting lengths from 3 to 6 meters are part of our standard portfolio. Of course, greater sheet thicknesses and cutting lengths are available upon customer request.

The long service life of our shears is due to their particularly robust construction with a fully welded frame. The entire machine body, the cutting beam, and the backgauge are highly resistant to torsion and deformation, ensuring the highest cut quality at all times.

By inputting sheet thickness and material type, the CNC controller automatically calculates the necessary cutting angle and cutting gap.
