Single-sided automatic edge banding machine with jointing unit, hot-melt glue application on straight workpieces (EVA/PUR glue pot with discharge function optional), 2-motor high-frequency end trimming station, HF combination milling unit, corner rounding unit, chain feed, motorized top pressure with encoder and ball-bearing double roller top pressure, extendable workpiece support rail, signal lamp for workpiece sequence, integrated line control for contactless control of processing functions, as well as L-Motion control (6-axis). Suitable for ABS, PVC, melamine and thick wood veneer roll material, as well as fixed lengths from 0.4 – 3.0/6.0 mm and workpiece height from 10 – 60 mm.

• Two counter-rotating, application-controlled jointing units with diamond-tipped spiral jointing cutters ensure clean and tear-free jointing of the workpieces before edge banding.

• Teflon-coated, quick-change glue pot with 1.5 kg capacity, leak-proof design with glue supply from below (excess glue is automatically recirculated to the glue pot), precisely controllable glue application via glue roller, separate adjustable glue roller temperature, electronic temperature control with automatic stand-by function (prevents glue from burning if the machine is not used for a longer period but remains switched on).

• Pressure zone consists of a driven pressure roller synchronised with the glue roller and two smaller, oppositely tapered pressure rollers with spring tension, ensuring optimal bonding of the edging material to the workpiece. Motorized adjustment of the pressure zone (1x L-Motion)

• High-frequency cross-cut saw equipped with two HF motors 0.55 kW, 12,000 rpm, two saw blades. Pneumatic swiveling from operator panel

• High-frequency combination milling station, 2 powerful 0.55 kW high-frequency motors with carbide-tipped special cutters

• Corner rounding unit: Automatic processing of front and rear corners up to 2 mm edge thickness for PVC/ABS edging material. (Not recommended for soft- and post-forming profiles). Option for single-sided (front or rear) or double-sided corner rounding.

-Multi-radius scraper R1+R2, pneumatic ON/OFF control via air cylinder, radius changeover R1/R2 via pneumatic switching from the control panel
-Flat scraper unit: Removes glue residues from the glue joint area with a gentle scraping action, pneumatic ON/OFF control via air cylinder
-Polishing unit: 2 motors with 0.09 kW, 1,500 rpm provide a high-quality finish
