Our YS501X ECONOMIC carton sealer is a cost-effective solution when it comes to securely sealing cartons in larger formats. Two side conveyor belts ensure your cartons are safely conveyed through the sealer. Carton width is set mechanically using a crank handle. Height adjustment on this machine is particularly quick and easy: the upper taping unit simply needs to be unlocked and can then be positioned at the desired height. Due to the manual adjustment of the format, this machine is designed for series production, where cartons of the same size are sealed for extended periods. The carton flaps are pressed down manually before feeding into the machine. This machine is designed for adhesive tapes with a 76 mm core diameter and 50 mm width. We recommend using machine-grade tape rolls with higher meterage per roll (compared to hand rolls), enabling longer operation without needing to change the tape! Both PP & PVC adhesive tapes as well as environmentally friendly paper tapes can be used. The taping units can be easily removed for tape roll replacement. This feature also allows you to seal only the top of the cartons if required (e.g., auto-bottom cartons). Of course, this machine is also CE-certified.
