THE COST-EFFECTIVE BENDING MACHINE FOR TIGHT BENDING RADII:

The bending machine with a free-standing bending head can be easily converted for complex geometries to right or left bending. The plug-in bending tools enable rapid changeover to different tube sizes. Fast hydraulics to reduce non-productive time is an important factor for series production.

The clamping pressure for tube holding can be optimally adjusted. The PLC control system (expandable via USB stick as required) with data storage and the latest X2X interface can store an almost unlimited number of programs for bend angles, length measurements, and rotation angles for up to 50 bending sequences on one tube length. To monitor springback values, there is a freely programmable database for up to 200 materials.

The machine has 2 operating modes: In "Simple Bending", the length and rotation of the arcs relative to each other are automatically displayed. In "Controlled Bending" mode, the data is entered beforehand, and during bending a continuous actual/target comparison occurs.

This ensures mispositions within a tolerance window are eliminated, minimizing user-related error rates. General error messages are displayed in full text on the large screen. Mandrel retraction is programmable and can be automatically withdrawn early once the bend angle is reached.

The compact drive unit with detachable mandrel holder offers advantages for use on-site as well as for special applications with very large tube feed and is also available as a stationary version with an organization system for tools and mandrel rods. The affordable alternative to fully controlled CNC machines.
