Forward stroke:
The press moves to the zero position at up to 90 mm/sec. Positioning accuracy is 0.5 mm or better.

Return stroke:
The press returns to the end position at up to 90 mm/sec. Accuracy is also 0.5 mm or better.

Holding time can be set from 0 to 10 seconds (in 0.1 second increments).
Pressing force is adjustable from 10 to 40 tons in bar.

Additional control details:
The control unit can be locked via a key switch. The key switch provides the following functions:
Manual operation with two-hand control at 9.5 mm/sec in setup mode. (Stop in any desired position by releasing the switches.)
Manual operation for bending tasks at up to 9.5 mm/sec using two-hand operation and automatic return to the top dead center when the two-hand buttons are released.
Automatic operation with safe tools at up to 200 mm/sec. This function is equipped with a warning label on the control panel.

In automatic mode, the machine is strictly suitable for the use of fully enclosed, safe tools only. This information is prominently displayed on the front of the machine.
In manual setup mode, the machine can also be operated with two-hand control at a maximum of 9.5 mm/sec. Bending operations can also be performed in setup mode. A rotary key switch enables switching between automatic and manual mode.

Position adjustment for top dead center (OT) and bottom dead center (UT) and the switching position for speed reduction are performed via sensors adjustable along a chrome-plated rod. The sensor can be finely adjusted via a clamping thread – accuracy +/- 0.5 mm.

The press can be equipped with a bending blade and can bend sheet metal via two-hand operation, but it can also punch, notch, and bend in automatic mode with appropriate safety tooling.
