Multifunctional Cartoner ZHJ-150
The automatic cartoning machine ZHJ-150 is suitable for packaging alu-PVC blisters, round bottles, special bottles, shaped bottles, and similar products. Patient information leaflets can be automatically folded, cartons erected, products fed, and the cartons reclosed using an offset tuck-in closure. Carton embossing is also possible.

This machine is equipped with PLC control, with every station monitored by photoelectric sensors. If a problem is detected during operation, the machine stops automatically and displays the error.

The machine can operate as a standalone unit or be connected to a blister packaging machine and other upstream equipment.

The machine can be viewed at any time at our facility in 73084 Salach, Germany, and can be tested with your products. Depending on the product, it is also possible to order a new machine from us. We also offer various blister and cartoning machines.
