AMTEC BLM 280 CPL

Economical blister machine with a quick-change format unit for increased flexibility. Universal feeding system for handling capsules, flat or oval tablets, caplets, triangular tablets, and other shapes. Adjustable sealing pressure for different product requirements. The machine is also equipped with a film waste cutting device, allowing production runs of approximately 90 minutes. Integrated camera inspection systems (pinhole detection, BASLER color camera) identify defective blisters and ensure packaging quality. The unit accommodates two forming film reels, and the integrated forming film splicer increases efficiency during material changeovers. The final blister length is software-adjustable. Water cooling system, 1 x aluminum format set with dedicated feeder, alu/PVC format set with brush feeder, and a print mark detection unit are included.
