The MV-800E/NC-SINCRO press has been specifically developed for setting up and testing molds, dies, and punches.

The four columns, each with a diameter of 250 mm, are made from C45E steel and designed to withstand heavy-duty use.

It is equipped with an optimized hydraulic system operating at up to 250 bar, ensuring long service life and reliability.

The system meets all essential health and safety requirements according to CE regulations.

STRUCTURE AND TABLE
• A structure capable of withstanding 600 T of concentrated force on 1/3 of its surface.
• Lower table with T-slots.
• Upper table with T-slots.
• Usable table area: 3,000 x 2,000 mm.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC UNIT
• Two double-acting hydraulic cylinders, each with 400 T capacity.
• Single-stage hydraulic unit with automatic shut-off of rapid advance speed and independent operation, equipped with decompression and proportional pressure pre-fill valves. Includes digital potentiometers on the upper table for displacement control, and an electronic synchronization system for compensation of off-center or unbalanced forces.
• The press is fitted with a lateral pressure switch for optimal pressure adjustment according to the working requirements.
• Glycerine gauge with tonnage display.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY

• Electric system for operating the main cylinder feed at one or two speeds.
• The press features both a manual and automatic cycle (activated via a test selector switch):
• The manual cycle allows all movements of the press to be executed step-by-step at low speed.
• The automatic cycle enables the press to complete a full production cycle independently.
• Electrical safety system for the upper table fall-arrest device.
• Lower table with hydraulic withdrawal and physical stops.
• The machine is operated via a control panel with a touchscreen display for entering operating and calibration data.
• Two optical safety curtains (1,000 mm) with safety level IV are installed at the front and rear.
• Siemens electrical components are manufactured in accordance with current CE regulations and IP55 protection class.
• Electrical and hydraulic functions are redundant and self-monitoring. Includes an additional safety block and self-testing devices for both operation and safety. Includes inspection and certification for correct operation and the safety distance of the light barriers.
• Safety is additionally ensured by a laser and area protection with safety light curtains, safety level IV.
