The Gleason-Welter 2000 T bevel gear testing machine was designed as a universal machine and is utilized by manufacturers of gears and transmission technologies for single flank rolling tests (single flank rolling inspection) of bevel gears and crown gears.

Special features:
Bevel-hypoid gear inspection device, suitable for testing larger sizes of bevel and hypoid gears with a diameter of up to 2,000 mm and shaft angles from 0 to 360 degrees. Also suitable for testing spur gears, helical gears, and internal gears.
Deviations in toothing geometry, machining errors due to faulty tools, as well as damage to the gear teeth, can thus be identified and eliminated before assembly.
