MODEL: PE4-160 – SHOWROOM EX-DISPLAY

DESCRIPTION:
The frame is constructed from stabilized welded steel. The ram is made from welded steel, guided by 4 slideways, and features a base designed for oil collection.

Transmission between the drive shaft and the eccentric shaft is through a gear reducer with precision-ground gears, allowing the press to operate at high tonnage with relatively low nominal speeds.

The clutch-brake unit is electro-pneumatically actuated, equipped with a double-body safety solenoid valve and crossed flow circuits for enhanced safety.
The pneumatic system is equipped with a compensation reservoir and a filter-regulator-lubricator group, with a control pressure switch and a safety valve.

Centralized automatic progressive lubrication system.
Electrical cabinet featuring a programmable Omron or Pilz PLC and electrical components by Siemens or Schneider.
Operation via dual-hand pushbuttons and low-voltage electric foot pedal.
Safety features include photoelectric barriers and lateral protective screens with safety interlock switches.
Emergency stop buttons are fitted.
All components comply with CE regulations.
