- Robust, torsion-resistant steel frame, manufactured as a welded and bolted structure
- Top lamellar pressure beam with 6 elements, side lamellar pressure beam with 5 elements
- Lamellar pressure beams with field-proven tolerance compensation (Ganner system) for tightly clamped carcass joints
- Counterpressure surfaces (side pressure wall, base) made from 38 mm thick, coated, continuous support panels
- Continuous pressing area with a height of 95 mm at the lower vertical pressure beam
- Electromotive adjustment of the two pressure beams via precision trapezoidal threaded spindles (with enhanced lead and runout accuracy) and high-performance slide nuts with grease reservoir
- Pressing is performed electromotively, using 2 separate worm gear motors (2 x 0.75 kW each)
- The pressure force of the beams can be steplessly adjusted electronically with 2 potentiometers and is regulated via frequency converters, ensuring completely wear-free pressure control
- Pressing force for horizontal pressure beam: min. 500 daN (kg) up to stepless max. 2200 daN (kg)
- Pressing force for vertical pressure beam: min. 300 daN (kg) up to stepless max. 2200 daN (kg)
- Pressing and adjustment speed of the pressure beams with fine positioning, selectable via 3-step switch: 5 / 10 / 25 mm/sec
- Jog function for precise positioning of both pressure beams, e.g., for low pressing forces, drawers, and carcasses at 45°
- Simple operation via 6 separate push buttons; 8 movement cycles can be selected via control panel
