The structure rests on 3 self-levelling feet. The electrical control cabinet is integrated into the machine base. Central Bakelite support table 'Easy Motion': - an MDF sector for through drilling, automatically retractable for horizontal drilling - an infeed roller to facilitate panel loading - a rear roller track to ease panel sliding - left and right stops - a central alignment device with manual adjustment The left and right stops must be used to drill horizontally in the 'X' direction on the two opposite panel sides. Panel positioning along the X-axis is via vacuum suction cups. Aggregates carrier This is a gantry structure made from steel tube. The main working unit is installed on the gantry. F10L drilling unit includes: - 7 independent vertical spindles - drill shank D10 mm - spindle pitch 32 mm - 2 horizontal drilling heads, 1 in X direction with one drill bit, 1 double drilling head in Y direction (1 + 1, drill shank D10 mm) - Speed 3350 rpm - 1 integrated sawing unit in X (max. diameter 100 mm) - Saw blade speed 4300 rpm - Motor power 1.5 kW - pneumatic vertical travel per spindle 70 mm - pneumatic horizontal travel of the drilling unit Workpiece positioning and drive of the working unit A CNC-controlled vacuum cup clamps and positions the workpiece sequentially under the working unit during processing. Movement along the X and Y axes is on THK guides with motion transmission via reinforced toothed racks. Z-axis movement is pneumatic on ball-bushing guides with stop position adjustable via the unit's positioning.
