Oy Foudila Ab is a company based in Kaskinen, Finland, with over 45 years of experience in wood handling equipment. For the past 15 years, we have also been active in the pallet industry and, over the years, have developed numerous machines for nailing, automatic feeding, and stacking of timber. We manufacture both standard machines and customized solutions tailored to the customer’s requirements.

The DNM1600 is a flexible, compact, and efficient pneumatic nailing machine designed for the production of decks for the pallet industry. The user-friendly software enables rapid changeovers, and the machine can store settings for over 100 different deck types. It is equipped with Bostitch nail guns featuring jumbo coil nail magazines with capacity indicators. The machine offers the ability to produce asymmetric decks and comes with flexible cassettes for board loading. A protective enclosure is included for sound insulation and operational safety. The machine is operated via a 10-inch touchscreen and utilizes a Beckhoff control system.

- Stringer: Length 600–1500 mm, width 50–125 mm, height 16–28 mm
- Deck/Stringer pallet size: Length 600–1600 mm, width 600–1500 mm

A 2-way pallet kit is optionally available, allowing the manufacture of stringer pallets/2-way pallets with a maximum stringer height of 100 mm.

- 3 decks/min (with 5 deck boards per deck)

Ausgestattet ist die Maschine mit Bostitch-Nagelgeräten, die über Magazinhalterungen für Jumbo-Spulennägel mit Füllstandsanzeige verfügen. Auch die Produktion asymmetrischer Oberdecks ist problemlos möglich. Flexible Kassetten für die Brettaufnahme sind integriert. Ein Schallschutzgehäuse sorgt für Lärmminderung und einen sicheren Betrieb. Die Steuerung erfolgt über ein 10''-Touchscreen mit einem Beckhoff-Steuerungssystem.
