Injection Unit

- Special screw geometry G11.3 optimized for process requirements.
- Non-return valve R12 (multi-ball, recommended for PC, PMMA, ABS).

Clamping Unit (Clamping System)
- Hydromechanical two-platen clamping system.
- Four short high-pressure cylinders on the nozzle side.
- Four tie-bar tensioners on the ejector side.
- Two diagonal-mounted fast-stroke cylinders in the clamping system.
- Mold opening stroke adapted to mold height (dynamic stroke adjustment).
- Moving platen guided on the machine frame – ensures rigidity and platen parallelism.

- Independent hydraulic core drives in the mold: 2 units on the moving platen, 2 units on the fixed platen.
- Hydraulic pressure reduction circuits for cores.
- Independent pneumatic core drive on both the moving and fixed platens.

Hydraulics
- Pump station with electrohydraulically regulated pressure and flow pumps, and fixed displacement pumps.
- Energy-saving proportional hydraulics with precise control of flows and pressures.
- Servo valve for injection speed, hold pressure, and back pressure control.
- ECODRIVE system – energy-saving hydraulic drive enabling parallel auxiliary movements with minimal energy consumption.

ENGEL Viper 40 Robot
- Integrated Cartesian robot, operated from CC200/RC200 controller.
- Three servodriven axes: X = 700 mm (extendable to 900 mm), Y = 1,000 mm (tandem to 1,900 mm), Z = 1,880 mm (extendable to 5,720 mm).
- Payload up to 17 kg, accuracy ±0.05 mm.
- Axis C: rotating gripper 0–90°, pneumatic drive.
