Aluminum frame construction
- Double-reinforced profile 90x45mm
- Full-surface discharge plate
Drive drum and return drum made of welded and machined S235 steel,
Ø100x520mm, crowned finish, shaft fixed with pillow block bearings.
Drive: Flange-mounted geared motor 0.55 kW, speed 0.3–0.5 m/sec
Power supply: 230/400V, 50Hz, protection class IP54
Drive prewired up to motor terminal box
(Commissioning must be performed by a qualified electrician)

Polyurethane conveyor belt DM 15/2 0+005 PU including cleats and sidewalls, matt petrol-colored industrial PU belt
Belt width: 500mm
2 pieces of wave sidewalls, 50mm high, 25mm wide, edge-aligned and high-frequency welded
Belt material: 2-ply, especially cross-stable
17 molded T40 cleats welded centrally, spacing approx. 300mm
Due to the double-sided wave edge, the usable belt width is reduced:
Effective width is 450mm, as follows:
