The BS370H is a powerful and reliable semi-automatic band saw for angled cutting from -45° to +60°, equipped with a hydraulically operated vice and saw arm. This indispensable machine in any metalworking workshop is ideal for cutting pipes, profiles, and solid materials. The blade guides are fitted with special carbide inserts and bearings, which has a significant impact on blade tracking, service life, straightness, accuracy, and cutting quality. Carbide guidance greatly reduces machine and blade wear. The machine is equipped with a high-performance coolant pump in a closed-loop system.

Power transmission is via a worm gearbox. The machine features a three-phase motor with two cutting speeds and thermal motor protection. The saw is fitted with a TENSOMETER GAUGE – a blade tension sensor – and an automatic shut-off should the saw blade break.

The upper part of the base forms a tray for coolant runoff and collecting chips generated during cutting. A cast iron worktable with a swiveling arm and a separate control panel is mounted to the base. During cutting, the main cutting motion is the movement of the saw blade, while the feed is the downstroke of the saw arm. The arm downstroke speed (cutting speed) is steplessly adjusted by a hydraulic cylinder.
