Applies hot-melt adhesive to the workpiece, feeds the edge material onto the workpiece, automatically cuts coil material, and presses the edge precisely onto the workpiece, ensuring perfect positioning.

For trimming the front and rear edge overhangs at 0° to 15° angles.

- 2-MOTOR MULTIFUNCTIONAL PROFILE MILLING UNIT AR02 E
For corner rounding and profile milling of synthetic material edges up to a maximum thickness of 3 mm.

- PRE-MILLING UNIT RT02
Pre-mills the workpiece before adhesive application. Two high-frequency motors, each 1.8 kW, 12,000 rpm.

- SCRAPING UNIT RB02
For post-processing thick PVC/ABS edges.

- FLAT SCRAPER RC02
Unit for removing excess glue at the joint between edge and panel. Equipped with tracing rollers and a flat knife with electronic engagement.

- BUFFING UNIT SZ02
For cleaning and polishing the workpiece edge using fabric buffing wheels. The unit adjusts automatically to the workpiece thickness.

- SPRAY SYSTEM FOR ANTI-ADHESIVE AGENT ADZ02
Precision application of anti-adhesive agent via injectors, numerically controlled.

- KIT PRO-GLUE
The PRO-GLUE kit includes:
• TEKNO-GLUE system for optimal adhesive application via:
- Controlled glue roller contact.
- Automatic retract in case of feed stop.
- Automatic ON/OFF of gluing section.
• REVERSE system for switching the glue roller between co-rotating and counter-rotating modes.

Electrical and mechanical preparation for the use of special glue pots for POLYURETHANE glue on machines equipped for EVA.
