Axomatic Optima 700 ALU

Used Axomatic AXO 700 Tube Sealing Machine suitable for filling and sealing aluminum tubes.

Operation:
This machine automatically fills the tubes, seals aluminum tubes with 4 folding stations, embosses a code in the seal, and automatically ejects the tubes. Tube feeding and orientation is done manually.

Technical details:

- Min/Max diameter aluminum tubes: 13 – 42 mm.
- Tube length: 60 to 250 mm.
- Tube holder with tube is lifted 55 mm over the filling nozzle during filling.
- Min/Max dosing: 5 – 250 ml.
- Dosage volume can be set outside the machine and is readable on a counter.
- Capacity: max. 1,200 tubes/hour (mechanical speed). Actual achievable capacity depends on the operator, tube quality, and viscosity of the product being filled.
- Electric drive via 0.37 kW electric motor, 380 Volt, 50 Hertz.
- All product-contact parts are made of AISI 316 stainless steel, suitable for pharmaceutical and cosmetic products.
- Rotary table, height adjustable, with digital height readout.
- No tube/no fill system.
- Tube coding unit.

- Standard hopper with lid, 55 liter capacity.
- Machine frame and panels made of stainless steel, equipped with a drip prevention closure at the base to prevent product from entering the drive section.
