Detailed Description

The machine is equipped with hydraulics comprising two energy-efficient variable-capacity pumps and a servo valve for precise pressure and movement control. The hydraulic power unit is mounted outside the injection molding machine body, significantly reducing operating noise. Thanks to precise filters and a small oil volume, the oil change interval is extended to 20,000 hours.

T2 technology with servo control features:

- two variable displacement, adjustable pumps
- programmable, adjustable and stabilized clamping force
- programmable, manually adjustable nozzle contact force
- ability to perform parallel movements (nozzle, ejector, cores)

The machine also includes:

- Additional system for continuous oil filtration and cooling (bypass circuit)
- AES system – automatic main drive optimization, reducing energy consumption by dynamically adjusting pump speed to the machine load (for motors 15–75 kW, 380–480V, 50–60 Hz)

Required option: 525/02 – adjustable machine cooling circuits

Tool plates are equipped with a central injection position and a centering hole Ø 125 mm.
