Complete vertical packaging system for dosing both coffee beans AND ground coffee, and packaging them into coffee stand-up pouches with aroma valve. The system is equipped with two separate dosing units (auger filler for powder, volumetric doser for granules) and also features a Z-bucket conveyor, screw conveyor, discharge conveyor belt, and an AMTEC PRO P60XL as the VFFS packaging machine. A hot embossing printer for date and batch number (optional: thermal transfer printer upon request), an anti-static module, stand-up pouch module (gusset device), and flat-bottom module (seam is tightly applied to the bottom, depending on film material) are also included in the equipment.
