VFFS machine with integrated free-fall metal detector for inspecting vertically falling products, and equipped with a 10-head multihead weigher for bulk materials and granulates. Compact design without a platform frame. Suitable for producing pillow bags with back seam, gusseted stand-up pouches (gusset tool required), OR pyramid-shaped bags (special sealing unit required). The vertical form fill seal machine features: touchscreen; PLC; photoelectric sensor (print mark detection) for sealing/cutting position; pneumatic end-sealing unit; servo-driven film transport; ribbon printer for batch number, date, and best-before date.
