VFFS machine with 10-head multihead weigher for bulk materials and granulates. Compact design without a platform frame. Suitable for producing pillow bags with back seam, gusseted stand-up pouches (gusset forming tool required), OR pyramid-shaped bags (special sealing unit required). The VFFS machine operates in an inclined position to protect delicate products such as thin frozen foods or baked goods. This vertical form-fill-seal machine is equipped with: touchscreen; PLC; photoelectric sensor (print mark detection) for sealing/cutting position; pneumatic sealing unit for end sealing; servomotor for film feeding; thermal transfer printer for batch number, date, best before date (BBD).
