Fully automatic tube filling machine for pastes and liquids. Typically used for cosmetics such as make-up, creams, general personal care products like shower gel, shampoo, hair gel, toothpaste, sunscreen, etc. Suitable for pre-made tubes (closed with a cap) made of aluminum. Features fully automatic feeding and orientation of the tubes (rotating in the recess) using print marks, as well as filling and sealing of the tubes. Before filling, the tube is flushed with air to prevent contamination. The "no tube—no fill" function is also provided as standard. Water cooling system, batch/date printer, and dosing unit comprising pneumatic piston pump and storage tank with level sensor are included. PLC controlled, operation via touchscreen.
