Fully automatic tube filling machine for pastes and liquids. Typically used for cosmetic products such as make-up, creams, and general personal care items like shower gel, shampoo, hair gel, toothpaste, sunscreen, etc. Suitable for pre-made tubes (with cap attached) made of plastic. Automatic tube feeding, orientation (rotation in the holder) based on print mark, as well as filling and sealing of the tubes. Before filling, the tube is flushed with air to prevent contamination. "No tube, no fill" is also a standard feature. Water cooling system, batch/date printer, and dosing unit consisting of pneumatic piston pump and storage tank with fill level sensor are included. PLC controlled, operation via touchscreen.
