This machine, designed as a stationary unit, is intended for mixing a wide variety of dry products. Thanks to the planetary movement of the mixing tool, an intensive and homogeneous blend is achieved.

The system consists of a stainless steel container – material grade 316L, mirror-polished, Ra < 0.8 µm – and a stainless steel housing in which the vessel lid, with integrated mixing assemblies and drives, is arranged.

The mixing vessel, with a capacity of approx. 90 liters (usable volume approx. 30 to 60 liters), is placed and clamped onto two arms. The material to be mixed is filled in, and the vessel is then raised by a hydraulic system, ensuring the mixing tool is submerged into the mixture.

The mixer is equipped with a stainless-steel spiral mixing tool (45°), and the speed is adjustable via a gearbox. Mixing speeds can be set at 48, 82, 135, and 231 rpm. The vessel is discharged via a centrally located outlet at the bottom.

Operation and control, including recipe and batch management, are performed via an operator panel on a separate stainless steel cabinet. The operating language is English. The system is prepared for use in ATEX (explosion-proof) classified areas.
