Sample system for filling small bottles with low liquid volumes: A typical application is for eye drops. The system features a container orientation module, which places the small bottles onto a feeder conveyor. There is a module for bottle cleaning (water/gas) and for cleaning the inner and outer seams (cap components), as well as bottle filling and labelling. The system is PLC-controlled. A total of three cleaning cycles with water and three cycles with gas ensure an extremely high level of cleanliness without any water residues. All components in contact with the liquid are made entirely of SS316 stainless steel. — Specifications: Filling accuracy: < +/- 0.5%; Speed: up to 120 bottles/min; Filling volume: 5–30ml; Power supply: 380V, 3.8kW; Compressed air: 6 bar. — All these specifications are provided as examples only.
