AMTEC RT20 VARIO

New automatic rotary plastic container filler designed for automated feeding, filling, sealing, capping, and lid placement of larger cups/containers. Functions: Cup/container stacks are manually loaded into the vertical infeed unit. Each cup/container is automatically picked and transferred to the filling station (dosing unit optional). The cup/container is sealed with film before the capping unit applies the lid. Finally, the finished cup/container is discharged. Stainless steel version (SS304), nitrogen dosing system included, heat sealing system (0-300°C), die-cutting of film according to packaging shape. Servo motor control, OMRON PLC with touchscreen, OMRON temperature control. - Specifications: maximum idle machine cycle rate: 20 cycles/minute; power: 220V, 1.5kW; compressed air: 6 bar, 1.2m³/min; machine dimensions and weight depend on specific configuration.
