Automatic multi-lane filling and sealing machine for cups, containers, or trays including a film-sealing unit. Suitable for various container sizes, shapes, and materials (e.g., PP, PS, PET, paper, laminated films, etc.). Equipped with a 4-head linear weigher and 4 piston pumps for liquid dosing, this sample unit is specially designed for fresh olives and liquids. In general, the machine can be configured for all types of (separate) dispensing systems for liquids, pastes, granules, powders (possible price adjustment). This allows for ideal filling and packaging of ready meals, pasta, noodles, fresh or dried fruits, snacks, soup powders, frozen meals, yogurt, ice cream, jam, and more. Automatic operation: feeding of containers/cups/trays, filling, sealing with film, and closing with a lid. Easy operation via touch screen monitor, stainless steel version (SUS304), easy to clean. Print mark sensor. Wide range of sizes/shapes possible thanks to adjustable rail guide system.
