Filling and capping machine for dosing liquids and pastes into stand-up pouches (Doypacks) with spout and screw cap. The rotary machine is specifically designed for filling all types of liquids such as water, juices, sauces like soy sauce, salad dressings, tomato sauce, or higher-viscosity products such as grill/BBQ sauces, honey, and even viscous products like peanut butter, fruit jam, nut nougat cream, etc. The filling and capping machine is equipped with six filling heads for dosing liquids and six heads each for positioning and capping the spout closures. The production process is fully automated, from pouch feeding, filling, nozzle cleaning, cap infeed via supply elevator, screwing of the caps, through to discharging the finished products. To ensure precise filling volumes, the liquid level is continuously monitored. PLC control system, touchscreen operation panel (menu available in various languages, e.g. English, German, etc.).
