Fully automatic machine for screwing caps onto containers, including conveyor belt for integration into the packaging line. Thanks to the quick-change capping head, the machine is suitable for a wide variety of screw caps. Before tightening, an alignment device ensures precise positioning of the cap on the container. Key components: Mitsubishi PLC, Stick sensor, AIRTAC pneumatic components. - Specifications: max. machine cycle rate (idle): 25 cycles/minute; adjustable conveyor speed: 0–13 m/min; cap diameter: customized; power supply: 220V, 3.5 kW; compressed air: 3–5 bar, 0.1m³; materials used: predominantly stainless steel 304; safety covers and conveyor chain are made of plastic; machine dimensions: L1450 x W850 x H1600 mm; 350kg; conveyor belt dimensions: approx. 2200mm length (customizable), approx. 110mm width (customized).
