Aprašymas
WSM Stationary Screwdriving Unit / Screwdriving Station
Assembly of components for car radios and navigation systems, as well as testing of the same.
The assembly station is enclosed by a protective housing. The service doors are equipped with monitoring switches and interlocks (locking mechanisms). The doors are locked during automatic operation and can only be opened during an automatic stop or in manual mode after pressing the door release button on the control panel. When the door is open, automatic operation cannot be started.
Functional Sequence:
The station is loaded via the transfer belt with the pre-assembled unit. Below are the operating steps of the automatic station during the processing of a workpiece carrier (WT). In normal operation, all 3 stations operate in parallel.
- Positioning of the WT with the pre-assembled unit in St.2.1
- Lowering the carrier with the scanner and vision sensor
- Scanning of 3 codes (front panel, front PCB, SD PCB), comparison with the database
- Checking the correct locking of the FFC in the connector
- Raising the carrier and lowering the WT onto the conveyor
- Positioning the WT with the pre-assembled unit in St.2.2
- Positioning the screwdriver and screwing the front PCB
- Lowering the WT onto the conveyor
- Positioning the WT with the pre-assembled unit in St.2.3
- Lowering the light protection hood and contacting, positioning the carrier with the test sensors from below
- Type-dependent testing of the lighting for SD and CD slots and buttons
- Functional test of the CD eject button
- Lowering the WT onto the conveyor > continue
If errors occur during testing, they are displayed on the screen and can be rectified if possible. To do this, switch to manual mode and open the doors. After repair and restarting the automatic mode, the WT in the station is tested again.
If a repair is not possible (e.g. screwdriving error), the WT is marked as NOK in the control system and is not further processed. Manual NOK marking and ejection is also possible.
Additional assembly stations, new and used, can be found in our shop!
International shipping costs on request!
