Washing system
The heart of the PT series: two S-shaped wash arms operate inside the machine. With optimized flow and specially designed nozzle geometry, they ensure complete water coverage for outstanding wash results – using as little as 2.2 liters of rinse water per cycle. Attention to quality extends to every detail: robust stainless steel axles guarantee smooth rotation and contribute to the high reliability of the PT-XL.

Variable wash pressure adjustment
Every Winterhalter PT-XL comes standard with variable water pressure regulation: VarioPower precisely adapts the wash pressure to the type and degree of soiling of the washware. Fine glasses and fragile bowls are washed at lower pressure, while sturdy dishes are cleaned at higher pressure. Heavily soiled items are effectively cleaned, delicate items are treated gently and held securely in place.

Waste water heat recovery
A real advantage of the PT series: the EnergyLight waste water heat recovery system is standard. The heat exchanger uses the energy from outgoing waste water to preheat the cold inlet water. Advantages: faster heat-up between wash cycles, conservation of resources, and energy savings of up to 10%.

Exhaust air heat recovery
The PT-XL Energy Plus includes exhaust air heat recovery as standard. In addition to the standard waste water heat exchanger, an exhaust air heat exchanger is used. It harnesses the energy of warm water vapor inside the machine to preheat the incoming cold water. When opening the machine, minimal warm, moist steam is released, and energy savings per wash cycle can reach up to 15%.
