Verleimstern VS-3000-12

The Verleimstern is designed for edge and thickness gluing of timber, where glue joints are air-dried. This press occupies minimal floor space and can be expanded modularly to accommodate different workpiece dimensions and desired production capacities. Furthermore, it is both user- and maintenance-friendly. The glued timber is placed into clamping units located on an endless chain in each section, allowing for quick and easy adjustment to varying workpiece sizes.

The Verleimstern is suitable for material thicknesses from 25 to 90 mm. For smaller or larger thicknesses, additional pressure elements (15 – 25 mm) must be used. Clamping units can be locked manually, with a manually operated hydraulic motor, or automatically with a hydraulic drive.
