Glue Star VS-3000-16

The Glue Star is designed for edge and thickness gluing of timber, with glued joints being air-dried. The compact design requires minimal floor space and the system can be modularly expanded according to the dimensions of the workpieces and the required output. The machine features user- and maintenance-friendly operation. The glued wood is inserted into clamping units located in each compartment on an endless chain, which can be quickly and easily adjusted to different workpiece sizes. The Glue Star is suitable for material thicknesses from 25 to 90 mm. For smaller or larger thicknesses, additional pressure elements (15–25 mm) must be used. Clamping unit fastening can be done manually, with a hand-operated hydromotor, or by an automatic hydromotor.
