For re-profiling windows, doors and similar items with asymmetrical profiles.

Aggregate configuration:

The profiling spindle is suitable for mounting multiple tools above one another. Spindle movement is pneumatic.

For tear-free re-profiling, spindle 1 operates in climb mode. For the last 100 mm of each frame end, this spindle immerses the appropriate tool into the timber to prevent tear-out at the frame corners.

Machine base, tables, guides:
The machine base is made from heavy, torsion-resistant, and vibration-absorbing components. Right-hand stops in the profiling zone are made of Pertinax. Before the profiling spindle, there is a split stop with sliding rail for short pieces. Additional stop rail included for large-format frames.

Feed system:
Continuous, chainless feed with rubber rollers. Air blast device for feed rollers and table.

Spindles, hood:
High concentricity and dynamically balanced spindles. Extraction hoods designed for optimal chip flow. Easiest tool change by quick-opening hood covers.

Machine operation, adjustment aids:
Machine operated from the front. Stops adjustable to tool diameter using mechanical position indicators.

Machine electrics, motors, controls:
Electrical design in accordance with DIN VDE 0113 / EN 60204 / IEC 204-1 standards for the electrical equipment of industrial machines.
Other electrical regulations are not considered.
Motors are dynamically balanced.
