For sale: A complete, automated line for finger jointing wooden elements, based on the WEINIG GRECON HS 120 end matcher from 2014.

This line is designed for industrial production of lengthwise-glued components – battens, scantlings, and wood parts requiring high strength and repeatable joints.

The system is configured for continuous operation with minimal operator involvement, delivering process stability and high production efficiency.

The line includes:

• WEINIG GRECON HS 120 (2014) end matcher equipped with:
– Brush infeed for timber elements,
– Two through-feed milling machines,
– Automatic glue spreader,
– Pre-pressing station for finger-jointed elements,
– Press with a pressing length of 6.5 m.

• Automated end matcher loading with a 4-axis ABB IRB 6640 robot, designed for wooden workpieces up to 600 mm in length.
The robotic station (year of manufacture: 2021) features two pallet cells, enabling continuous, alternating operation of the entire GRECON HS 120 line without downtime.

• Automatic glue supply system – glue drawn from a 1,000-liter IBC container, with an integrated automatic agitator, ensuring consistent application quality and uninterrupted operation.

• FAMAD DBNA-40T DUO scissor lift installed at the end matcher press, intended for receiving battens after jointing.
Fully automatic height adjustment. Table dimensions: 6.0 m × 1.3 m.

• Conveyor roller system with turntables for transferring scantlings to the robotic loading cell and to the end matcher.

• Roller magazine for buffering and storing finger-jointed battens – storage areas with a total length of 82 m.

The offered machine is part of a fully integrated industrial line for panel production using finger-joint technology. Additional machines or complete production lines are available upon request.
