Here we have a machine that was previously used for filling mushrooms (fruits and vegetables) into cans.

Suitable can formats: 850ml Ø99, 425ml, 315ml, and 212ml Ø73.
The output capacity always depends on the product and filling volume.

The product was conveyed into the hopper from above. In this application, the product was rinsed down with water. The product is either pushed into the filling chute or drawn in by vacuum. The water is extracted with the vacuum pump, so that in the next step only the product itself can be filled.
The can is positioned under the chute, and the product drops freely into the can. Optionally, the product can also be pushed down (blown) with compressed air to ensure complete emptying with sticky products.
