Our "Basic" pallet wrapper is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper manufactured in Europe, which guarantees absolutely consistent results thanks to up to 10 storable programs, thus reliably eliminating the "human factor".
With the electromagnetic brake, you can adjust the film tension to your requirements and save it within the programs.
Within each program, you can also set the speed of the film carriage and turntable. Top and bottom wraps can also be stored per program. This allows you to create individual programs for every packaging scheme, ensuring perfect wrapping results every time.
With a weight of 260 kg, this model is suitable for loads up to 1,200 kg.
Our Basic pallet wrapper is equipped with a 1500 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2,000 mm in height as standard. Automatic pallet detection (via photocell) comes as standard, as do adjustable top and bottom wraps. If the wrapper needs to be relocated, it can easily be lifted and moved using a forklift, thanks to integrated fork slots.
