Construction
The standard frame of the container washing system is manufactured from stainless steel – AISI 304 (alternatively, construction from AISI 316 steel is possible as an option).

Equipment
The IBC washer is equipped with a single workstation. It allows for semi-automatic internal washing of IBC containers (using a retractable washing head) and manual external cleaning of the container (using a wash gun). The machine is fitted with a single chemical dosing system for the process, as well as a tank equipped with a system for heating and maintaining the water temperature.

Installation
The washer is fitted with adjustable feet to enable machine leveling. The customer is responsible for providing an installation location with the necessary utility connections, such as cold/hot water, compressed air, and drainage.

Safety

A protective fence surrounds the container washing area to prevent foot injuries. The fence panels are filled with AISI 304 wire mesh.
