ABOUT THE MACHINE
The TESA Scan 50 plus is a high-precision optical-tactile shaft measuring machine for measuring rotationally symmetric workpieces such as shafts, turned parts, precision journals, bolts, and similar test parts. The device combines non-contact optical measurement with tactile measuring probes, achieving a resolution of 0.1 µm for diameters and 0.5 µm for lengths.

TESA (Switzerland) is now part of the Hexagon Metrology Group – a leading global provider of industrial metrology solutions. The Scan 50 plus is typically used in quality assurance labs, metrology departments for precision and small batch production, as well as in research and development.
