• Table movement via roller ring threaded drive (GT), allowing very high and very low table speeds with constant torque and very high efficiency.
• Cross and vertical movements via ball screw drive with incremental glass scale.

• MPM fully automatic balancing device AB 100 (the flange-mounted sensor is currently missing).
