The INDUSTRY 2.0 series sets itself apart from the standard series through the use of the best and most precise motors and drive gearboxes in its class, significantly enhancing the machine’s machining capabilities and making it the most industrialized series in this price range.

The INDUSTRY 2.0 series CNC router features a working area of 1300 x 2500 mm with a Z-axis clearance of 300 mm, and is equipped with a 6 kW electrospindle running at 24,000 rpm, mounted on ceramic bearings. The machine table is manufactured using hybrid technology – it includes vacuum sections and subsections for fully automatic, non-invasive material clamping, as well as T-slot grooves for manual clamping.

A hybrid table, i.e., a vacuum table, allows non-invasive mounting of workpieces and permits manual fixation of irregular shapes.
The machine frame is fully welded, annealed, and then milled, ensuring precise machining and operational stability.
Machine control is via DSP controller NK-105.
Tool height sensor included in scope of delivery.
Centralized automatic lubrication system for carriages and guides as standard.
Power transmission is via a reduction gearbox.
The machine travels in all axes (X, Y, Z) on high-quality guides and 25 mm PMI linear bearings.
