Poliedra is a dryer designed for curing UV coatings on three-dimensional surfaces. In spray applications, the UV dryer must also cure the product on the vertical edges of the panel. Superfici developed UV modules with special reflectors. The unique geometry of the “Poliedra” UV reflector ensures consistent UV radiation distribution across both the surface and the edges. This makes it possible, using a single lamp tilted in relation to the feed direction, to irradiate the surface, all panel edges, and all collectors on the board.
