System Description:

This machine enables fully automatic processing of open shipping cartons. The key functions include:

1. Fill Level Measurement:
• Automatic measurement of the actual carton fill level.
• Carton reduction to the measured fill height.

2. Lid Application:
• Placement of a carton lid on the reduced carton.
• Additional customization options through:
• Shipping labels (via integrated labeling system AKL-Tec Redtagger T200).
• Brand printing via ink-jet printing system.

3. Pallet Magazine:
• Easy loading with lid blanks using a pallet truck.
• Automatic destacking of blanks and transfer to the intermediate magazine.
• No machine downtime during pallet change.

4. Hotmelt Sealing System:
