Robust and durable steel construction with a rigid, torsion-resistant connection – no twist-prone components such as a split construction between bending head and mandrel carrier. Maintenance-free electromechanical drive for the bending axis. The touchscreen control panel allows for easy and intuitive programming and operation of the machine. After loading, the tube is clamped in the travelling chuck, ensuring precise tube positioning for dimensionally accurate geometries. Standard equipment also includes a check of tube geometry prior to bending: if the bending process is initiated from the wrong position, the machine will not start, preventing operator errors. Optional additional features provide more comfort, increase output, and enhance overall system efficiency.
Data exchange with the optional TBS-3D tube calculation software (PC version) is possible via USB stick or by FTP access from the computer to the machine control. USB or LAN ports (RJ45) are standard. Existing tube geometries can be easily and quickly converted, e.g., via the STEP format.
