Robust and durable steel construction. Maintenance-free servo drive for the bending, feed, and rotation axes. The control’s touch display enables simple and intuitive programming and operation of the system. After the tube is loaded, it is clamped by the chuck in the carriage, ensuring precise tube positioning and therefore the creation of dimensionally accurate geometries. A geometry inspection prior to the bending process is also standard: if the bending process is started from an incorrect position, the machine will not allow operation, preventing faulty operation. Optional additional features provide further convenience and increase both output and machine efficiency.

Data exchange from the optional pipe calculation software TBS-3D (PC version) is via USB stick or network connection. Existing tube geometries can be imported using the software.

Unique graphical programming: Simple geometries can be calculated directly at the machine. Once length and angle are entered, the control system calculates the feed values and bending angles automatically.
