Brief overview of the dispatch line and where the offered unit was used:
The dispatch line was utilized for pallet shipping, meaning cartons were erected (SOCO ATS 2300 + 2200) and sealed at the bottom to be packed along the main dispatch conveyor. The completed parcels were then sealed on top by a carton sealer (SOCO T-4200) and forwarded to a labeller (LOGOPAK LOGOMATIK 415-T). Once the Logomatik’s scanner verified the parcels as error-free, they were transferred to the palletizing robot (SOKO PRS-LRS-1218-H3) to prepare a palletized load according to our specifications and dimensions. In our video, you can see the entire dispatch line in operation.

The advertised item is one of the two SOCO ATS units that erect and seal the cartons’ bottoms before transferring them to the main conveyor (highlighted with a blue circle in the layout image).
