– The unit is driven by a direct-drive brushless servo motor, which eliminates gear play and wear, generates no noise, does not require lubrication, and ensures secured synchronization of the paired feed rollers.
– Rollers with a PU surface for sensitive material handling can be supplied upon request.
– Synchronization of the feed unit with the stamping press is easily achieved via a cam signal from the press PLC.
– The feed can be programmed for up to 10 sets of feed steps and saved as recipes. The feed length can be adjusted steplessly during operation.
