New deburring drum or deburring machine for safe and efficient deburring of workpieces. Suitable for HEAVY-DUTY applications. The EVO model is available for light to medium-weight workpieces.

6-sided drum lined with durable, vulcanised rubber (thickness 36 mm), closure lid with gas springs, safety roller shutter to protect from the rotating drum, robust design, simple operation. Control via timer on the operator panel, main and emergency stop buttons. The max. filling quantity is 40% of the drum volume and corresponds to 750 kg, consisting of 550 kg workpieces + 200 kg deburring media = hardened manganese balls (200 kg included, see photo 6) or cast iron pentagons (see photo 7). Both available via Sideros.

Infinitely variable speed adjustment via frequency inverter (approx. 13-22 RPM, €3,200 extra). Soundproof enclosure (65/70 dB, photo 9) and Sideros ECO B2 dust extraction system (photo 8) available at an additional cost.

The manufacturer recommends, for complex workpieces, to send 100 kg of sample parts made from the material to be deburred to the factory for testing before ordering. Otherwise, the manufacturer cannot accept responsibility for the deburring result. VIDEO available on our website.

Warranty: 12 months for single-shift operation. When replacement parts are shipped, the defective parts must be returned. Machine downtime will not be compensated.
