Hexagonal drum lined with 36 mm wear-resistant, vulcanized rubber, roller shutter for protection from the rotating drum, robust construction, easy operation. Control panel with timer, hour counter, main and emergency stop switches, and signal light.
Maximum fill level is 40% of the container volume, which equals 300 kg: 200 kg of workpieces + 100 kg of deburring media (either high-manganese steel balls or cast iron pentagons, available from Sideros). Prices: High-manganese steel balls per 100 kg: €400; Cast iron pentagons per 100 kg: €950. Dust extraction unit Sideros ECO A (see photo 8) available for an additional €1,900 plus VAT.

The manufacturer recommends sending 100 kg of sample workpieces of your material to be deburred to the factory in Italy for testing prior to placing an order. Otherwise, no responsibility can be taken for the deburring result.

Warranty: 12 months with single-shift operation. When replacement parts are supplied, the defective parts must be returned. Downtime of the machine will not be compensated.
